Workshops with Peter and Lauren right here in Perth!
For obviously reasons we couldn’t fly them here for this years Springtime Shuffle event so we’re trying something new. With the help of technology, we can bring them to our workshops, virtually. But don’t worry, you will not need Zoom, and you wont be trying to do a partner dance, by yourself.
How it works:
All the students and Swing Zing team arrive at the studio space like a regular event.
Peter and Lauren jump online in America.
We start an online video chat. The studio will have a large TV and speakers so we can see and hear them while they teach us, live.
We all dance together while cameras around the studio show Peter and Lauren how we are going.
Swing Zing team facilitates class (rotations, music, etc) and Peter and Lauren get to teach us all their cool stuff!
Lastly we will also be attempting to stream Peter and Lauren teaching this class, online. That will mean that even people who are not in Perth will be able to watch them teach and hopefully get something out of it.
Cost:
If you can only do 1 or 2 of these lessons, they will be $20 each.

Schedule:
8.45am - Arrive at 17 Howlett Street, North Perth and start warming up.
9am - Peter and Lauren teach the 1st workshop with the Swing Zing team facilitating.
9.50am - Break
10am - Peter and Lauren teach the 2nd workshop with the Swing Zing team facilitating.
10.50am - Break
11am - Peter and Lauren teach the 3rd workshop with the Swing Zing team facilitating.
12pm - End (and head to Hyde Park for Jazz in the Park)
