Beginners' Classes
Join in any beginners class at any venue any week!
Classes are 7-8pm at the following venues.
Mondays in Fremantle
Scot's Hall, corner of Parry St and South Tce
Tuesdays in Applecross
Tivoli Theatre, 2 Kintail Rd
Thursdays in Leederville
Yugal Club, 228 Oxford St
No bookings, experience or partner needed.
Just turn up 10 minutes before your first class to register your name and details.
Wear comfy flat shoes and bring $15 cash for the class.
All are welcome, so come and try a fun Lindy Hop class near you!

BALBOA CLASS! - SAT 9 JUNE
Join Sophie and Spud for a Level 2+ class Saturday, followed by social dancing to the Cornerhouse Jazz Band! This music is great for Balboa and Lindy Hop!
Time: Class 2-3pm. Band 3.30-6.30pm
Fee: $15 (free entry for social)
Venue: Railway Hotel, 44 Tydeman Rd, North Fremantle
JUNE BLUES MAGIC! - SAT 2 JUNE
Blues dance workshop
Discover the magic of slow dancing to Blues and Swing music! Master some steps that will allow you to Blues all night long!
Date: Saturday June 2. (Next Date: tba)
Time: 2-4pm with 30 mins dancing afterwards
Venue: Applecross Scout Hall, drive down laneway near 41a McCallum Crs, Ardross.
Fee: $30 for the 2-hour session (paid on the day).
Level: Open class. No experience/partner required.

SWING OUTS INTENSIVE! - SAT 2 JUNE
Learn or improve your swing outs - the key move in Lindy Hop! This class will help you understand body positioning, flow and timing, and connection to your partner. This knowledge will also help you dance all the other cool moves in the Lindy Hop repertoire!
Date: Sat June 2 (Next Date: tba)
Time: 10am-12noon
Venue: Sophie’s studio, 42 Fortescue St, East Fremantle
Cost: only $25 (you can pay cash on the day)
