About Swing Zing

Welcome to Swing Zing dance school, based in Perth, Western Australia! At Swing Zing you can learn the Lindy Hop and other fun swing era dances, including Balboa, Collegiate Shag, Charleston and Blues Dancing! Classes and short courses are held at five different locations around Perth. We also run regular social dances and special events, like workshops with international guest teachers. Swing Zing is everything you need to discover the fun world of swing!

The Swing Zing teaching team is a group of passionate and enthusiastic swing dancers, dedicated to bringing the world of swing to you! We have a diverse teaching team, ranging from experienced veterans of the Australian swing dancing scene, to some of Perth's most talented young swing dancers.

Swing Zing classes are always fun and relaxed, and there is a Swing Zing class for everyone, no matter what your age, fitness level or dance experience. Even if you have two left feet, our instructors' first priority is to make sure you feel welcome, relaxed and are having fun, because that's what swing dancing is all about!
